Véronique LeBlanc is a network program manager and scientific writer for the Marathon of Hope Cancer Centres Network. She holds a PhD in Genome Sciences and Technology from the University of British Columbia, completed at Canada's Michael Smith Genome Sciences Centre at BC Cancer (Vancouver, BC), and a BSc in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology and Neuroscience from Dalhousie University (Halifax, NS). Véronique has extensive experience in molecular and bioinformatic cancer research, especially in the context of glioma, and her passion for scientific communication has led her to work on a range of academic and public-oriented projects.
